Terms & Conditions
Course Bookings
Course bookings can only be accepted with a fully completed booking form and full payment including VAT is made before the course commencement date. Telephone, email and fax bookings will only be will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. All payments must be recieved prior to a course starting.
Cancellation
A full refund will only be considered if notification is received in writing 10 working days prior to the course commencement. If written notification is received 5 to 10 days before the course a 50% refund will be applied. Any other cancellation will have no refund. If a substitute candidate is notified and mutually agreed with SDA Safety Limited no cancellation fee will be applied.
Cancellation by SDA Safety Limited
SDA Safety Limited will endeavour to run all scheduled courses. When it is necessary to cancel a course we will endeavour to reschedule at suitable alternative time and location. SDA Safety Limited will not accept any consequential liability regardless of notice given. If a suitable alternative date is not available a refund will be made in full.
Joining Instructions
SDA Safety Limited will issue joining instructions when full payment has been received for the course. Where a course has specific requirements to successfully complete the course failure to comply will be with the individual or his sponsor, and may result in withdrawal from the course with no refund of the course cost.
